Returns Procedure

Want to return your purchase or concerned about Christmas gift purchase returns?

Don't worry, we have extended our free 30-day return policy for the Christmas period. You can now return gifts up to 31st January 2021.  

Please ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, there are a number of ways you can contact us. The easiest and quickest way is to use 'live chat'. If you prefer to email us, just go to the link 'Contact Customer Services' at the bottom of our home page and send us a message. Once you receive confirmation from us we will issue you a FREE return shipping label.

Please ensure you contact us to obtain your FREE returns label before returning, as we need to be aware of your return prior to receive it. Failure to do this may affect your return.

Damages and issues 
Please check your order over upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
Once we receive your return as long has it is in the same condition you received it in, we will issue a full refund. We will notify you once this has been actioned, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We always process refunds as quickly as possible usually within 2-5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
